Physiotherapy Physio-led Pilates Sports Massage

About Jess
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2019 from the University of Brighton before moving to North Wales for the love of the mountains and outdoor sports.
Since then, I have worked across North Wales in both the NHS and private practise, gaining extensive experience in many areas of clinical speciality.
I continue to work in the NHS as a specialist Hand Physiotherapist.
As a Physiotherapist, I am passionate about effective rehabilitation, looking at the whole picture rather than just your symptoms, and working with you to find out what matters most.
I also have experience in teaching dance and coaching rock climbing, which has given me a strong understanding of movement and influences my Physiotherapy practise hugely.
I am also a Welsh learner, and aim to offer services in Cymraeg wherever possible.

PHYSIOTHERAPY & PILATES
I offer comprehensive Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for all musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, ongoing pain or specific athletic performance goals.
I have additional training in Sports Massage and manual therapy and may use this as an adjunct alongside your rehabilitation programme, or as a stand alone treatment for goals related to sport and performance.
I also offer Pilates-based rehabilitation as a 1:1 or in a group setting, as well as incorporating the principles of Pilates into any rehabilitation where relevant.
I believe in providing Physiotherapy that is holistic and, in some cases, may suggest onward referrals to other health professionals if I feel this is needed.
I have a specialist interest in treating outdoor athletes and dancers.
